A native Floridian and resident of Central Florida for over 40 years, Debbie currently resides in the Dr. Phillips area of Orlando.  She has worked in real estate sales and related construction fields since becoming a licensed Realtor some 30 years ago.  Having served as Director of Property Management for both residential HOAs and an Office POA, as well as Director of Architectural Control for a major local resort; Debbie is familiar with the operations of local communities, and is dedicated to finding the right property to match her client’s long term needs. Debbie has worked with first time home buyers, move up buyers and foreign nationals buying vacation investment homes.
